The CTTC is pleased to invite all hematopoietic stem cell transplant and cellular therapy healthcare professionals to attend our annual meeting in Québec City at the Quebec City Convention Centre from June 22-25, 2020.

The 2020 conference planning committee, led by Dr. Guy Cantin, is working on an exciting program that will include scientific plenary sessions, keynote presentations, multi-disciplinary and discipline-specific sessions, oral and poster abstract presentations, committee and society meetings, and corporate satellite symposia. CTTC is pleased to partner with Héma-Québec for Canadian Innovation Day, hosted by the World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA) on June 25, 2020.

Patient, Family and Caregiver Symposium

Cell Therapy Transplant Canada (CTTC) will be hosting a Patient, Family and Caregiver Symposium at the 2020 Annual Conference. This symposium will be held at the Delta Hotels Quebec on Monday, June 22, 2020 from 4:30pm-7:00pm. The symposium will provide a forum for stem cell transplant patients, their family members, caregivers and medical practitioners to interact, ask questions, network and receive information.

The 2020 Patient and Caregiver Symposium and BMT/CT101B are Free events hosted by the CTTC.

Abstract Submission


CTTC members and non-members from all HSCT-related disciplines are encouraged to submit abstract(s) for presentation at the CTTC 2020 Annual Conference, to be held in Québec City from June 22-25, 2020.

Abstracts are required to be submitted in one of the following categories:

  • Research: basic/translational
  • Clinical: clinical trials/observations
  • Clinical: laboratory/quality
  • Clinical: pharmacy, nursing, other transplant support

Abstracts may address evaluative studies, research-in-progress or descriptive reports, and are invited on a broad range of HSCT-related topics, including basic, translational and/or clinical research and issues in clinical practice, including but not limited to team development, education, psychosocial issues and novel care delivery approaches. All abstracts will be reviewed for scientific merit using predetermined criteria and accepted abstracts will be printed in the final program that will be distributed electronically and on-site at the conference. The top abstracts in each category will be invited to present their findings at the meeting.

CTTC has secured discounted hotel rates for its delegates until May 27, 2020. Please note, the annual conference falls on a provincial holiday - Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day, therefore accommodations in the city will be limited.
