2.  Commercial courier options include On Time courier (www.ontime-courier.com) and Time Matters courier (time-matters.com), as well as NMDP couriers.

3.  Centres can request that the collection centre cryopreserve the product and ship, similar to how one would manage a cord blood unit.  Collection centres are not obligated to do this, but many are willing in the current circumstances.

As we desperately look into our crystal balls - trying to predict where this pandemic is going to take us - I look forward to learning from the Canadian teams as to creative solutions.  For our program at SickKids we have delayed nonurgent transplants for the next 3 months with continuous reassessment.  We are relying more heavily on haploidentical donor options.  

We will have a few 'virtual town halls' next week to allow teams to discuss in real time with experts from CBS helping.  Thank you to Greg Guilcher for agreeing to chair the sessions.
